I’ve had a lot of success with low carb plans in particular. They work best for me (and for a lot of other people as well) because the higher protein and fat content means you don’t get hungry. Also, as soon as you get used to eating a lower carbohydrate diet (maybe 4-7 days) I find that all cravings for carb foods disappear, which makes it way easier to stick to the plan from then onward.
I’m finding New You In 22 a great plan and I hope you do too.
Of course, talk to your doctor before starting any diet program, especially if you have medical issues.
