On this site I’m going to publish my results on Jonny Bowden’s New You In 22 diet program which will be released in a few weeks. I’ve been lucky to be a kind of beta tester and get an early look at the program so I will be able to finish the initial 22 days before the launch. I’m not sure if I have all the elements but I have a 4-part program and I do have everything relating to the diet.
So today is day 6. I woke up and weighed myself as I’ve been doing every day. In these 6 days I have lost 3 pounds, which I think is a great start considering that I was already eating pretty healthy and don’t have a lot of weight to lose.
Individual results will vary of course but other things being equal, you can expect to lose more in the first week if:
– you have a lot to lose
– you are a man, or for other reasons have a faster metabolism than mine (e.g. if you take a lot of exercise)
– you have been eating a lot of junk food before you start the program (this means you will be carrying ‘water weight’ which is lost very fast in the first week of a healthy diet).
I’ll write more about the program in the next few days. For today, I just wanted to get my blog started.
